**Who you are**:
We are seeking an energetic, passionate and innovative sales professional who has a passion to make a difference, and the drive to achieve it. We measure ourselves on the development and maintenance of long-term relationships which leads to ambitious growth and exceeding sales targets. You either come from a background as a hospital sales representative or a purely clinical position and are comfortable interacting across different clinical environments and at all levels. While you enjoy working autonomously, you are an active member in a supportive team of like-minded individuals.
**Your responsibility**:
Promote and increase knowledge and usage of wound care solutions into Hospitals.
Manage, develop and grow new and existing customer accounts, including Key Accounts.
Build loyal relationships with customers at all levels including Nurses, Procurement and Key Opinion Leaders.
Maintain awareness of all sales opportunities, competitor activity and performance plan.
Meet KPIs around activity and objectives.
Attend exhibitions and conferences as required.

Clear and confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels.
Either a clinical background with a current AHPRA Nursing Registration or experience as a medical sales representative.
