Virtual Reality Gamemaster

We are opening a new Virtual Reality Arcade centre and are looking for someone with exceptional customer service skills and a passion for technology/VR. You should be highly enthusiastic and professional.

You will greet customers, explain the rules and safety of playing in VR. Then monitor the games ensuring customers remain safe and have an amazing experience.

**As a virtual reality game master your duties will include**:

- Providing quality customer service to every player
- Explaining rules and safety measures
- Helping customers with headsets
- Monitoring games ensuring customers are following safety guidelines
- Maintenance of VR equipment, troubleshooting and documentation
- Administrative tasks including maintaining cleanliness, answering phones professionally, assisting customers with bookings and any other needs

**Your skills should include**:

- Passion and knowledge for Virtual Reality equipment and PC systems
- Previous experience in an entertainment/attraction/arcade venue
- Able to work well under pressure and deal with highly excited customers
- Excellent customer service skills
- Reliable, flexible and able to work both alone and as part of a small team

This is a casual position, mainly weekends but with some mid week days with extra shifts available during school holidays. May lead to a more permanent part time position.

**Salary**: Up to $30.00 per hour
