Gamemaster - Casual

We are looking for Gamemasters to run both escape room games and Virtual Reality experiences. You must have exceptional customer service skills and be highly enthusiastic and professional.

You will greet customers, explain the rules and safety of playing. Then monitor the games ensuring customers remain safe and have an amazing experience.

**As a game master your duties will include**:

- Providing quality customer service to every player
- Explaining rules and safety measures
- Helping customers with VR headsets
- Monitoring games ensuring customers are following safety guidelines
- Maintenance of equipment, troubleshooting and documentation
- Administrative tasks including maintaining cleanliness, answering phones professionally, assisting customers with bookings and any other needs

**Your skills should include**:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Self-motivated, able to keep busy and work alone
- Interest in VR and basic knowledge of computers
- Interest in escape rooms and gaming
- Previous experience in a customer facing role - ideally events/arcade
- Able to work well under pressure and deal with highly excited customers
- Reliable and flexible.

This is a casual position, with flexible shifts available 7 days a week. Normal store operating hours are between 9.45am-5pm with some possible late nights.

**Salary**: Up to $30.00 per hour
