**ROLE DETAILS**

**Location**: Malvern, VIC

**Salary***:$34-37 per hour + Super + paid leave (Full-Time Employment)

**Days**:Mondays - Fridays

**Hours**:38-40 hours a week (more hours available in school holidays)

**Children**:4 year old and 7 year old

**Start**:August/September.

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- Permanent Australian Residency
- Valid Working With Children Check
- Valid First Aid and CPR
- Drivers Licence and own car
- 2+ years of experience in similar roles
- 2 outstanding references for us to call.

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**
Seeking a fun-loving, organised, and experienced nanny/home manager to support this welcoming family of 4. They're offering long-term full-time hours, even with children in school, to secure the right person to provide the coverage they need. They have had 2 previous long-term nannies and value the stability this provides.

When the children are around, the primary focus is on engaging with them in an active and playful way - both in the home and out in the community. The parents are keen for their nanny to develop a positive relationship through plenty of conversation and fun, while providing the right guidance and support with necessary tasks. The right person for this role will be energetic and trustworthy

During child-free hours the family would like support with a range of household and family admin tasks. These will include things such as laundry/linens, household errands/shopping, simple cooking/meal prep, and helping to manage the diary for children's/family activities.

A regular schedule will be built with the successful applicant, and will involve a mix of full days (Fridays a must) and afternoon shifts. The family has some flexibility on days and hours and can agree a schedule that works for both parties. They would like the nanny to be available to work full days in school holidays when needed. The family likes to holiday a couple of times during the year, at which time the nanny will be paid for their usual hours.

These parents work hard and play hard - they are both professionals who enjoy their downtime spent with their children in play and adventures. They (and their home) are quite organised, and they work reliable schedules. The children (two girls) are very active, social, and confident. They enjoy sports, arts & crafts, and reading. The family is easy-going and fun-loving, while prioritising respect and routine. They're eager to find a wonderful new nanny to build a relationship with - they are still close with their 2 previous long-term nannies
