Sales Supervisor

We have a newly created position for a Sales Supervisor to join our team based in Larapinta, QLD In this role, you will help manage, support and develop the QLD retail team while growing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships.

**Tasks and Qualifications**:
Your responsibilities:

- Plan and direct sales activities for Queensland
- Provide support and mentorship to develop the sales team
- Conduct regular tasks meetings to ensure compliance in sales procedures
- Develop business plans, order intakes, budgets and forecasts as required
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Achieve individual sales targets and account management responsibility's in designated territory while also leading the QLD sales team.
- Present, promote and sell products and services to external customers while providing support to Sales and Service

Requirements for success:

- Qualifications in sales or marketing is preferred
- Experience working in a the Material Handling Industry with an understanding of cost of sales, gross margin and profits
- Demonstrated strong communication and people leadership experience
- Demonstrated market knowledge and ability to stay-up-to-date with industry updates
