**About the Role**

This role will support the Service Quality Leader by providing leadership, coaching, mentoring and direction to the frontline service delivery team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to home care clients

**We’ll also be asking you to:

- **
- Provide ongoing support, supervision, performance management, learning and development of all frontline service delivery staff within a designated region
- Complete all necessary Annual Performance Reviews inclusive of feedback from Senior Support Workers
- Understand and advocate to frontline service delivery staff, the full range of Home Care services to align to client care needs and care plans
- Oversee all onboarding requirements for all new frontline service delivery staff, within your designated region, commencing with the Home Care unit
- Complete any necessary documentation to support the delivery of care
- Plan and deliver the Home Care frontline service delivery staff meetings as per agreed schedule.
- Provide regular feedback and complete reporting requirements to Service Quality Leader and Home Care management
- Act as a flexible resource for scheduling to assist with completing buddy shifts with new Support Staff, delivery of services to new complex clients in the absence of available Senior Support Workers.

**About You**

An experienced Community Services/Aged Care professional who has a passion for helping others.

**To be considered for this role, you’ll need:

- **
- Cert III in Aged Care
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience supporting high care clients in an community services or health sector
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional development skills: with experience in coaching and mentoring staff to build service capability
- Demonstrated customer service orientation and continuous improvement focus
- Experience and knowledge in Procura - desired
- Experience working service delivery in Aged Care - desired
