Dexta is looking for experienced production pros to work directly with brands and agency clients in Sydney.

**Skills**:

- Experience shooting commercially for brands and agencies
- Experience in capturing photography for events, social media, product marketing, print and digital
- Understanding of production and post production processes and workflows
- Experience with Lightroom, Photoshop and Adobe Creative Cloud

You’ll need:

- Knowledge and experience in video and audio capture processes
- Quality and effective communication skills
- Ability to work to fast and efficiently
- Own equipment
- Required insurances

Dexta connecting agencies with professional freelance production professionals in Australia. We help brands and agencies find the creative talent they need to deliver creative project as scale. Dexta offers booking technology, tools and better earning potential to support freelance workers in all parts of their business.

**Rate/Renumeration**
The Dexta platform enables freelance camera operators to set and manage their own day rates as well as negotiate and communicate directly with clients on the platform. We handle all payments ensuring all freelancers are paid on 14 day pay terms on time every time.

**Job Types**: Casual, Freelance

**Salary**: $800.00 - $2,000.00 per day

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
