We're looking for someone with a passion for the Hospitality Industry to manage Restaurant operations. As a Restaurant Manager you will be an expert multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will demonstrate a real knack for leading, inspiring, and supporting the team to be at their best every shift and be a champion for the customer.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Hands on leadership and accountability of the team, including supervision and evaluation of performances
- Recruitment and Training of Supervisors and team members
- Creating and maintaining an atmosphere where customer service standards can thrive
- Driving sales to meet targets and budgets
- Ordering and controlling appropriate stock levels and operational costs of restaurant.
- Training and promotion of new products/ product development
- Compliance in both regulatory and company standards
- Participating in and contributing to group management, marketing and head office workshops as required.

**The successful applicant will**:

- Have minimum of 3 years’ experience in restaurant management
- Have diploma/higher education in Leadership and management
- Have a strong understanding of the industry, market trends, customer service standards and how to exceed them
- Have a professional manner and presentation
- Have roster availability in line with business needs
- Lead from the front and set the best of examples

Salary range: $55,000-$60,000 Plus Super, Full-Time Position.

Location: Mittagong, NSW- 2575.
