Key Responsibilities
- Sales Expertise: Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their shopping experience.
- Stock Control: Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment to meet customer demands.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently to build lasting customer relationships.
- Delivery Coordination: Organize and monitor the delivery process, ensuring goods arrive at their destination on time and in perfect condition.
- Assembly of Goods: Assemble products with precision and care, ensuring customers receive items that meet the highest standards of quality.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
- Strong organizational and stock management skills.
- Drivers licence.
- Forklift licence is desirable..
- Experience in handling deliveries and assembling goods.
