Our dynamic Economic Development team are on the search for someone with a **track record in delivering development projects** to drive the strategic development and land disposal of this key project, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget. You'll also...
- **Prepare detailed reports** - project progress, financial performance, risk management.
- **Analyse data** - financial modelling, evaluation of investment opportunities.
- **Ensure compliance** - manage planning approvals, ensure project complies with relevant regulations, standards, best practice.
- **Stakeholder engagement** - procure and manage consultants/ contractors, and build key working relationships internally and externally.

**About you**

We are seeking an exceptional communicator with **extensive experience in property development**, land acquisition/disposal, and delivering on project objectives.

You will be confident in preparing **quality, fit for purpose reports**, and providing data **analysis and advice** on infrastructure issues and priorities.

Ideally you will bring experience in **large master planned communities** - managing design consultations, authority approvals, building and managing the feasibility model, programming and cash flow.

This is a role that requires a **diligent strategic thinker, confident to drive outcomes and build relationships** and will in return give you scope and opportunity to really be involved and add value to this exciting priority development project.
