Lead Product Manager

Gridsight is a rapidly growing GridTech startup that is accelerating global electrification and decarbonisation. We believe the greatest barrier to a world run entirely on renewables is the preparedness of electricity grids. We are tackling this problem head on by building a vertical SaaS platform for electricity utilities that enables them to modernise grid operations and unlock transformational new capabilities such as dynamic grid management. The opportunity is enormous. When Gridsight succeeds, we drastically accelerate the transition from fossil fuels to renewables globally. Having recently raised our Series A funding from Airtree Ventures, Energy Transition Ventures and Area VC, we are poised for rapid growth and are seeking talented individuals to join us on our mission.

With a distributed team of 40+ and a growing cross-functional product organisation, we’re now hiring a Lead Product Manager to lead, mature and scale our product management practices. This is a unique opportunity for a high performance product manager to accelerate electrification by shaping how and what we build to transition utilities to a decarbonised grid.

**Your Impact**:

- ** Translate the product vision to the roadmap**: turn our product vision into an executable roadmap that balances customer needs, new opportunities and technical constraints.
- ** Establish product management discipline**:introduce lightweight structure and rituals that enable focus and improve execution.
- ** Lead cross-functionally**:partner with and mentor talented software, design and data science teams to deliver a high impact product roadmap.
- ** Co-create with customers**: build deep, trust-based relationships with utility partners, co-designing and validating concepts that solve real-world operational pain points.
- ** Own analytical discovery**: synthesise user feedback, usage data, and commercial signals to represent the voice of the customer internally.
- ** Ruthlessly prioritise impact**: evaluate opportunities through the lens of customer value, technical feasibility, and market timing to focus the team on the highest-impact work.
- ** Drive delivery at scale**: translate strategy into crisp product requirements and partner closely with engineering and design to ship outcomes, not just features.
- ** Land the value**: partner on smooth launches, amplifying impact through clear communication, measurable value realisation, and rapid iteration loops.

**What You Bring**:

- Seasoned product manager - you’ve done this before and have a great track record.
- Passion for cross-functional excellence.
- Experience navigating growth-stage scaling in a high performance start-up environment.
- Insatiable hunger to drive value and impact.
- Confidence in navigating ambiguity.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable with product data, systems thinking, and hypothesis-driven iteration.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ideally experience in B2B or enterprise SaaS and technical products. Energy/utilities industry experience is a cherry on top.
