  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and networking issues when escalated.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in infrastructure, networking, automation, and security.
  • Deliver infrastructure and security projects on time, within scope, and to a high standard.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Infrastructure Manager.
  • Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (M365) administration, including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and security/compliance features.
  • Strong background in systems administration (Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, Group Policy).
  • Strong networking knowledge – firewalls, routing, switching, VPNs, wireless, DNS, DHCP.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure and hybrid integration (identity, hosting, backup/recovery).
  • Proven experience applying and maintaining Essential 8 compliance controls.
  • Proven success in delivering IT infrastructure projects end-to-end.
  • Ability to balance leadership with technical delivery in a hands-on capacity.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach.

Desirable (a plus):

  • Experience supporting or managing infrastructure within a laboratory, manufacturing, or industrial environment, including operational technology and production systems.
  • Experience with Okta (or similar Identity & Access Management platforms) for hybrid identity, SSO, and MFA integration.
  • Backend application management or engineering experience – especially with Jade programming language, AB suite or other enterprise platforms.

What We Offer:

  • A key leadership role with the opportunity to shape and improve infrastructure strategy.
  • Hands-on technical work alongside a collaborative IT team.
  • On-site role – 5 days per week in the office.
  • Competitive salary, benefits, and a company car.
