**What You’ll do**

As a Retail Digital Specialist, your primary focus will be to propel retailer adoption of Metcash-led digital programs and state-based initiatives. You'll serve as the go-to expert for retailers and Area Sales Managers (ASMs), facilitating seamless communication with Metcash's national Digital Marketing & Retailer Engagement teams.
- Collaborate closely with the Metcash Digital Channels team to ensure the successful implementation of IGA Rewards and Shop Online Retailer Success programs, including monitoring store executions, offering improvement advice, and ensuring compliance with in-store marketing.
- Drive member sign-ups through re-targeting and strong catalog features.
- Execute digital acquisition campaigns to increase program activation frequency and added value.
- Promote the 'Locals Matter' campaign through digital awareness and promotions.
- Establish pathways for effective communication, adaptability, and sustainability.
- Build loyalty through continuous listening to shopper preferences and retailer feedback.
- Drive 'value' through digital channels with local and targeted offers. Implement and develop the digital catalog rollout.
- Represent retailer positions and relay feedback to state and national digital teams. Recommend enhancements to improve retailer satisfaction and sales potential.

**What You’ll bring**
- Tertiary qualifications in Digital Marketing, Loyalty Marketing, Retail Marketing or equivalent field.
- Strong knowledge of digital channels, campaign media, and customer journeys.
- Influencing skills and ability to rapidly establish trust with retailers.
- Effective sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Hands-on experience implementing, managing, and optimizing performance in various digital channels.
- Ability to derive insights from data for retail marketing and operations decision-making.
