**About the role**

This is a Part Time opportunity; you must be available to work Monday - Friday 6.00am-10.00am

In this role, you'll play a crucial part in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff at the Woman’s & Children's Hospital. You’ll be responsible for a range of cleaning services while ensuring high standards of confidentiality, empathy, and courtesy. **Key responsibilities**
- Perform a range of cleaning services including floor care, dusting and disinfecting areas to meet health and safety standards.
- Participate in the hospitals Infection Control Program, following established protocols
- Ensure that cleaning supplies are adequately stocked, and equipment is well maintained
- Respond promptly to service requests and maintain confidentiality and courtesy at all interactions

**Qualifications**
- Higher School Certificate (preferred)
- Experience in cleaning within a healthcare environment or similar is preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals and infections control principles.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service and high attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in adhering to workplace health and safety practices.
