**What You'll Do**:
As a Wax It Salon Coordinator, you'll be the heart and soul of our operation. Your main base will our front of house and salon floor, where you'll work hand-in-hand with our Beauty Therapists to ensure seamless experiences and salon operations for both guests and the team. With your exceptional leadership skills, you'll coordinate our team with ease, maintaining a calm, efficient and organized environment. Your vibrant personality will shine as you deliver grounded and caring experiences, leaving every guest feeling seen, heard, pampered, fabulous and confident.

**Some of your responsibilities will include;**
- Managing the fast paced 'wait list' as well as facial & IPL bookings and enquiries
- Recommendations for complimentary treatments and homecare products
- Executing Opening & Closing procedures
- Ensuring all housekeeping standards are met
- Stock/ Inventory management and waste management
- Posting of appointments and some social media management
- Delegate daily tasks and ensure impeccable salon presentation
- Host team meetings

**What We're Looking For**:
⭐ Previous experience in a similar role either hairdressing, beauty, or spa industry preferred

⭐ Extra points for hospitality experience (this is a fast paced environment and sometimes there are multiple tasks to juggle and prioritise)

⭐ Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to coordinate a team effectively (or, a willingness and ambition to grow in this area with a solid starting foundation)

⭐ A warm and welcoming personality, dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and client experiences

⭐ Strong sense of responsibility and motivation to excel in a fast-paced environment

⭐ Ability to problem solve and a solution-focused mindset

⭐ Exceptional personal presentation

⭐ The drive and capacity to motivate and lead a team to hit salon targets and personal goals
