Decisions Café in Birtinya is looking for an experienced, friendly and reliable **Barista/All-Rounder** to join our weekend team (between 10 and 15 hrs of work p/ weekend).

If you’re passionate about coffee, love working in a fast-paced environment, are a team player, and enjoy connecting with customers, we’d love to meet you.

**Requirements**:

- **Must be available both Saturdays and Sundays**:

- **Barista experience essential**. At least **1.5 year**s of experience in a fast-paced dine in café. You should be confident with dealing in, adjusting the grinder, texturing milk, pouring beautiful latte art, and producing high-quality coffee quickly and consistently under pressure
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently and support the team on the floor and counter
- Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
