**Key Duties**:
- ** Perform** on-site Hydraulic Hose manufacture, replacement and repairs on a range of equipment and machinery
- ** Conduct** inspections and troubleshoot hydraulic and mechanical systems efficiently
- ** Collaborate** with customers to understand equipment issues and provide professional service solutions
- ** Maintain** accurate service reports and documentation in line with company standards
- ** Adhere** to safety protocols and always promote a safe working environment
- ** Manage** parts inventory and coordinate with workshops as required
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- ** Relevant trade qualification** or equivalent experience in hydraulic hose manufacture, mobile plant or heavy equipment servicing
- ** Strong hydraulic, mechanical** and diagnostic skills
- ** Proven experience** working as a mobile technician in a field service environment
- ** Ability**to work independently and manage time effectively
- ** Excellent**problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- ** Strong communication** and customer service skills
- Current driver’s license; heavy vehicle license **advantageous**:
- ** Willingness to travel** within the Perth metro area and surrounding regions
