**The Organisation**
Our client is a large diversified healthcare practice of dedicated professionals that embraces excellence, education, research, and technology. They empower continuous improvement and drive to provide their patients with the best experience in the industry.
They are now seeking a permanent Practice Manager to join the organisation to oversee the large team across Customer Service, Reception, Patient Services and Billings.
**The Role**
The primary objective of the role is to ensure that the administration function effectively supports the delivery of premium quality clinical care by all practitioners who work with the practice and provides high quality customer service to the practitioners’ patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and supervise office staff, ensuring they deliver excellent customer service and meet performance targets.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and inventory management.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance measures to uphold high standards of care and patient satisfaction.
- Ensure that the practice complies with all relevant healthcare regulations
- Address patient inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive patient experience.
- Implement and maintain healthcare management software and technology to enhance efficiency.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure necessary supplies and equipment.
- Responsible for the management of their facilities and organising contractors for maintenance/repairs as required.
**About You**
- Prior experience working as a Practice Manager in a busy/fast paced healthcare clinic
- Natural interest and demonstrated ability in improving processes to better the outcomes of the patient experience
- Deep understanding of medical administration as it relates to a specialist medical practice
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and manage a team
- Exceptional organisation and communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to efficiently work simultaneously with numerous stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in managing organisational systems and medical software technology
