**The Role**
As the team leader for the **Fire Team Leader, **you will be responsible for **managing **a team of technicians who will complete planned and reactive commercial maintenance across key BGIS clients.
This role is based in **Williamtown, NSW**
Due to the security clearance required for this role, you must be an **Australian Citizen.**
- Managing a growing team of wet and dry fire technician
- Maintain and service all Fire Alarm Systems and Fire Fighting Equipment to AS1851-2012
- When required assist on the tools to fault find on various fire systems, networks, and access control systems
- Testing, installing, and maintaining fire panels
- Assist in the preparation of customer quotations & identifying remedial work
- Liaise directly with the client regarding service work.
- Safety focused with a strong understanding of SWMS
**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated experience managing a team of technicians
- Ability to mentor and train staff
- Strong experience and understanding of AS1851 (and AS2118)
- 4+ years’ experience working within the Fire Services industry
- Demonstrate and understand process of installation, repair and testing
- FPAS accreditation (desirable)
- White card
- Full Drivers Licence
