**Position Overview**:
We are seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Bakers who are passionate about baking and eager to learn or share their skills. This role is ideal for individuals who love working with their hands, take pride in their work, and enjoy being part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparation and baking of a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods.
- Coaching and supporting the development of Apprentices and Bakers Assistants.
- Measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipes.
- Operating and maintaining bakery equipment, including mixers, ovens, and proofers.
- Decorating and finishing baked goods, ensuring high quality and consistency.
- Baking and presenting quality products to meet changing customer needs.
- Following health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and organised workspace.
- Providing excellent customer service when required.
- Assisting in inventory management and ordering supplies.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a baker within Bakers Delight preferred.
- Certificate III in Baking required.
- Ability to work early mornings **(2 am starts)**, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods, lift heavy bags of flour and other ingredients.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
