We have exciting opportunities for hardworking Apprentice Bakers to join our team at Bakers Delight Waikiki.

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking Apprentice Bakers who are passionate about baking and eager to learn new skills. This role is ideal for individuals who love working with their hands, take pride in their work, and enjoy being part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting Bakers in the preparation and baking of products.
- Learning to operate bakery equipment and follow recipes.
- Baking and presenting quality products to meet changing customer needs.
- Following health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and organised workspace.
- Providing excellent customer service when required.
- Assisting in inventory management and ordering supplies.

**Requirements**:

- No previous experience is necessary, but a passion for baking and a willingness to learn are essential.
- Ability to work early mornings **(2 am starts)**, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift heavy bags of flour and other ingredients.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Certificate II in baking and or experience within Bakers Delight is desirable.
