**YOUR DECJUBA JOURNEY STARTS HERE**

We are on the lookout for an AMAZING **Third In Charge** to take our store in **Rundle Mall** to the next level This is a **full time role**, working 38 hours over Tuesday to Saturday

Get ready to be part of one of Adelaide’s most iconic, high-energy retail spaces As 3IC at our flagship Rundle Mall store, you’ll support a powerhouse leadership team in delivering an AMAZING customer experience in a bold, fast-paced, large-format environment. This role is all about leading by example, supporting daily operations, and keeping the vibe high and the standards even higher. You’ll help coach the team, bring styling to life through strong VM, and play a key part in creating a culture that thrives on energy, growth, and next-level teamwork.

**WHAT AMAZING LOOKS LIKE AS A 3IC**
- You’re passionate about all things fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills
- You have previous experience working with a medium to large retail business
- You’re ready to join an employer that invests in the development of your leadership and management, with a mix of hands-on, in-store and virtual training.
- You pride yourself on delivering AMAZING customer experiences with the support of our inspiring Regional and Store Management team.
- You support your ASM and Store Manager in leading and motivating your team
- You participate in training initiatives in store to constantly develop your skills as a leader
- You lead by example and create an inclusive, inspirational, and supportive environment (because we believe energy is contagious)
