**About the Role**

As a Business Banker at IMB, you’ll:

- Build strong, long-term relationships with local businesses
- Originate and structure lending solutions across commercial, residential, asset finance, and everyday banking (up to $10M per transaction)
- Leverage your **existing network and referral sources** to grow your portfolio
- Be an active **ambassador in the business community**, representing a highly respected mutual bank
- Work closely with **direct**and **broker introduced** **customers** to provide holistic financial solutions

**Who We’re Looking For**
- **Experienced Banker** - At least 10 years of commercial lending experience with solid credit writing skills
- ** Natural Networker** - A strong personal and professional network in the Sydney business community
- ** Self-Starter & Problem Solver** - Someone who thrives in an **autonomous role** with the drive to build a portfolio from a low base
