The Digital Transformation Project Officer will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Digital Transformation Program, ensuring its successful execution. You will be the primary contact for program-related queries, orchestrating project resources, schedules, and meetings, and managing communications to maintain alignment within the project team.

**What you'll be doing**
- Ensure comprehensive project Administrative Support: Effectively manage and support the administrative needs of the Core Program, playing a pivotal role in its successful operation and execution.
- Streamline Coordination and Support: Serve as the key facilitator for project coordination, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of resources, schedules, and meetings for all project-related activities.
- Oversee Documentation and Reporting: Maintain and manage all project documentation with precision, ensuring accuracy and accessibility, while also preparing and delivering insightful project reports and updates to management.
- Strengthen Stakeholder Engagement: Actively engage and maintain robust relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, providing timely updates and ensuring collaborative solutions to meet project requirements.
- Manage Financial Aspects with Accuracy: Monitor and track project budgets and resources meticulously, handling financial aspects such as invoice processing and expenditure tracking with diligence.
- Facilitate Effective Meetings and Communication: Organise and conduct project meetings with clarity, setting comprehensive agendas and capturing critical minutes, ensuring effective communication and follow-through.
- Maintain Rigorous Project Tracking and Monitoring: Employ project management tools to rigorously track progress, deadlines, and milestones, ensuring project timelines are adhered to and any deviations are promptly addressed.
- Excel in Problem-Solving and Team Support: Provide timely solutions to administrative or logístical challenges, while also offering unwavering support to the project team in various capacities, ranging from training coordination to logístical arrangements.
- Support the Program Director: Act as a key aide to the Program Director, facilitating decision-making processes, aiding in strategic planning, and ensuring that the director's directives and goals are effectively communicated and implemented within the team.

**The skills and experience you'll bring to the role**:

- Solid experience in project administration or coordination, ideally within a public sector or similar organisational context, demonstrating a proven ability to manage and organise multiple projects and administrative tasks effectively.
- Comprehensive understanding of project management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices. This encompasses expertise in planning, scheduling, resource management, and effective use of project management tools.
- Hands-on experience in budgeting and financial management within a project context, including skills in tracking expenditures and assisting in financial reporting.
- Is proficient in using various project management software tools (like MS Project, Asana, Trello) and standard office software (like MS Office Suite, particularly Excel).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cooperation skills, essential for effective stakeholder engagement and contract negotiation in the context of digital projects.
- Strong analytical and conceptual abilities, with a proven ability to manage complex digital tasks and contract-related issues within tight deadlines.
