This new Assistant Manager for their Joondalup store needs to have
**strong communication** skills to be able to
**coach** and
**motivate** their team My client is needing someone with
**strong attention to detail** with the ability to multitask.

**The Role**:

- Driving your team’s sales and KPI’s
- Love customer service and people
- Visual Merchandising
- Ensuring OHS standards are in place and met

**Requirements for this role**:

- Minimum 2-3 years retail or hospitality management experience
- Good knowledge on current home styles and trends
