**About the Role**
Grain Growers are looking for a proactive and creative Communications & Marketing Officer to assist with the coordination and implementation of the marketing and communication activities in order to drive engagement, raise the profile of their brand, and support and grow organisational programs and projects.

In this role, you will ensure that GrainGrowers have a visible and active presence online and within grower communities. You will be responsible for content writing, managing their social media, the website, and e-newsletters, and overall creating and executing engaging communications.

Experience or an interest in the agriculture or grain industry is desirable.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Assist in the creation of effective, marketing and communication plans to support key projects across the organisation
- Create and drive communication and marketing materials for e-newsletters, EDMs, social media, magazine, and website content
- Produce engaging and interactive content
- Analyse and improve marketing campaigns with a strong focus on digital
- Write, edit, and proofread copy
- Maintain style guides, correct use of logo and branding materials
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to set marketing outcomes

**To be successful you will have**:

- Experience creating and writing communications and content
- A can-do attitude, the ability to take initiative and think creatively to drive campaigns
- Strong written and verbal communications with high attention to detail
- Previous experience in a digital marketing/communications/social media role
- Experience or understanding of working in the agricultural sector is ideal
