**What you will be doing**:

- Support people with a disability who attend day program to be an active part of their community and achieve their goals.
- Engaging in clients individualised or group programs, hobbies and interests. This could anything from walks, music, art and crafts, sports and games, accessing the community.
- Provide personal care respectfully if and when required.
- Capacity building to promote choice and control and build independence
- Follow behavioural support & NDIS care plans
- Ensuring to be a positive role model

**Some of our requirements**:
We are aware there are quite a few compliance checks (listed below) however, what’s important to us is that you have regular access to your own car and a P2 NSW Drivers License or higher, full working rights in Australia (no restrictions) and flexible availability Monday-Friday between 9-3:30pm.

**Please note**: successful applicants will be required to hold a NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and a Working with Children Check. If you have lived or worked for a continuous period of 12 months or more in another country within the last 10 years, a certified International Police Check from that country/countries will also be required. Please note that the offer will be conditional on meeting these requirements.
