**About the opportunity**

This role is responsible for providing effective and efficient administrative support to the Seniors Gym Service Manager and People Leaders, including but not limited to maintaining compliance of Seniors Gym facilities, producing documents; filing and archiving; communicating information to clients, and general administrative duties.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Maintain accurate equipment maintenance and service records across all Seniors Gym locations
- Responsible for ensuring all infection control, equipment and stationary supplies are sufficient
- Maintain the Service’s client databases to ensure that all relevant information is up to date and accurate.
- Ensure accurate record keeping in relation to all documents, files and Service correspondence.
- Ensure confidentiality is maintained regarding all aspects of the service in relation to seniors services, management and the wider community.
- Support maintenance of databases and reporting systems
- Educate staff in office procedures through instruction or demonstration as required
- Maintain an up-to-date asset register of all resources and equipment within the Service
- Support correspondence to Seniors Gym clients
- Attend to any other reasonable requests that may relate to any marketing initiatives.
- Ensure current WHS legislation is implemented.

**About you**

**Qualifications / Requirements**
- Certificate 3 in Business Administration, Customer Service or equivalent qualification/experience ideal but not required

**Skills & experience**
- Previous experience in aged or community care
- High attention to detail and ability to problem solve, negotiate, mediate and resolve conflict
- Great organization and time management skills
- Experience using client/data management systems
