We’re looking for fun, switched on and professional characters to join our teams across all our venues to greet clients and manage enquiries, as well as providing administrative support to the office staff and clients as required. **KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
**_Qualifications_**
High School Certificate or TAFE Administration Certification, or equivalent
RSA Photo Competency Card
Current C NSW Driver’s License
**_Experience/Skill Level Preferred_**
Minimal previous experience in administration and/or reception role, or equivalent
Sound computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and databases
High level of organisational, coordination and prioritisation skills
**_Aptitude & Interpersonal Skills_**
Confident, bubbly and enthusiastic personality
Able to work well both within a team environment and autonomously
Strong communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
Able to use own initiative and handle multiple tasks
High degree of confidentiality
Committed towards undertaking duties efficiently with a strong attention to detail
Professional personal presentation suitable for the role
Customer service focused
Ability to work well with colleagues at all levels of the Company
Ability to interpret, communicate and work in accordance with Company policies and procedures
