Due to growth and new project work, out client is seeking an Infrastructure Network Support person to join their team. Reporting to a Head of Group IT and working in team, you will be required to support a range of network technologies and work at the client site. This role will have variety thus we are looking for an all-rounder.
- 2+ years' experience in a support role up to level 2 and 3.
- Experience with Cisco Call Manager
- Experience working in a Contact Centre
- Access Switching
- Cisco switching knowledge required. HP and Arista would be a bonus skill
- Aruba wireless configuration
- AP management, replacements, and upgrades
- ClearPass and Airwave experience.
- Cabling and fibre management and hub room management
- Network monitoring administration (SolarWinds desirable)
- Security: Firewall configurations. Checkpoint and Cisco ASA experience is a bonus
- Proxy management
- O365 experience
- Be able to work on site due to the nature of the work.
