An exceptional opportunity awaits a dedicated and enthusiastic Service Technician to join our Professional team in NSW. Reporting to the Senior Service Technician - NSW, this role guarantees a dynamic work environment with each day presenting new challenges.

**We're Seeking Someone Who**:

- Takes pride in providing exceptional customer service, fostering and nurturing customer relationships.

- Demonstrates the ability to work independently, managing time effectively and utilising resources efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform quality field service repairs on-site or in the workshop.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of necessary paperwork and service invoices.
- Manage van stock efficiently.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in the field within company guidelines.
- 'A' Grade Electrical License or equivalent, or Restricted Electrical License or equivalent.
- Current and valid full NSW driver's license.
- Sound technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical fault finding with effective problem-solving skills.
- Background in gas, refrigeration, household appliances, or white goods (advantageous but not required as extensive product training will be provided).
- A willingness to adapt to changing technology and work methodologies.
- Experience in commercial laundry, dishwashing, and/or laboratory fields highly regarded but not essential.
