**About the Role**: We are looking for a dedicated and skilled CNC Machine Operator with a strong background in metal fitting and machining. In this role, you will be responsible for operating advanced CNC machines to produce custom-designed wall art, signage, and educational equipment with high precision. You will also be involved in setting up and maintaining machinery, ensuring quality checks, and working closely with designers to meet client specifications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate CNC machines (Multicam) for cutting and shaping materials such as wood, acrylic, metal, and composite.
- Interpret detailed design drawings and specifications to determine appropriate materials and methods for each project.
- Set up CNC machines, adjust speeds, and fine-tune settings to ensure high precision in custom designs.
- Conduct quality checks using precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy, fit, and clearance of all components.
- Work closely with designers and project managers to ensure the final product meets both aesthetic and functional requirements.
- Perform routine machine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure production efficiency.
- Manage production schedules to ensure timely completion of projects in line with deadlines.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or Metal Fitter.
- Experience in CNC machine setup, operation, and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of CAD/CAM systems and precision measurements.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
- A commitment to high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to meet production goals.

**Desirable Qualifications**:

- AQF Certificate IV in Engineering (Metal Fitting and Machining) with minimum 1 year experience.
- Experience in custom signage and wall art production.
