Phoenix Source & Select are excited to be partnering with several National Aged Health Care Providers to assist them in their workforce resourcing requirements.

We have 2 - 4 week blocks available across VIC starting on Tuesday for qualified and experienced ENs with great hourly pay rates of $45 base rate, penalties apply, and a travel allowance per shift. Shifts are available at both COVID and non-COVID sites.

Our clients are NFP organisations who pride themselves on delivering superior care to their residents. Therefore, you will need a high level of attention to detail with good organisational skills, the ability to manage conflicting priorities and previous experience within a specialist nursing and personal care facility is desirable.

Duties include:

- Domestic assistance
- Social support
- Outgoing Respite
- In-home Respite
- Male & Female Personal care

You must have:

- Minimum Cert 3 in Aged Care or Community services
- Nursing qualification
- Current First Aid
- Current WWCC certificate (paid roles)
- Fully vaccinated with proof
- Flexibility on availability
- Current criminal check
- AHPRA registration
