Job description

ToBeMe is looking for a passionate, dedicated and experienced early childhood Educator to join our amazing team.

- We are currently operating at two campuses: Burwood and Five Dock. Our campuses are newly established and since their inception, have been growing steadily. And, as such we are in need of more Early Childhood Teachers to join our ever-expanding team.

**The Role**
- Our Early Childhood Educator work with children in a group or one on one context, implementing our THRASS literacy program, Montessori principals and are Reggio Emilia inspired.
- They also plan and implement learning experiences based on children’s observed interests. These learning experiences are centred on teaching children _how to learn._
- Partnering with families to provide the best possible outcomes for our children.
- Exceptional ability to work as part of a dedicated, passionate team of educators

**The Essentials**
- Hold an approved early childhood Cert3 qualification or working towards Diploma qualification
- Hold a qualification that ACECQA has determined to be an equivalent early childhood teacher qualification.
- Has a minimum of one year of experience in the early childhood industry.
- Available Monday to Friday

**The Desirable**
- Passionate and dedicated to educating children
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Able to lead and guide educators
- Knowledge and understanding of the EYLF
