**About KOTH**:
King of the Hills (KOTH) is the flagship operation of Vault Minerals Limited and one of the largest gold mines in Australia. After a significant expansion, KOTH now features a 4.7 million tonne per annum (Mtpa) processing plant, providing a solid platform for long-term production growth. This dynamic operation combines open-pit and underground mining, with exciting exploration activities driving the future. KOTH is located approximately 900 km northeast of Perth and 25 km north of Leonora, within the Goldfields Region of Western Australia.

Vault Minerals is looking for a **Fixed Plant Fitter**to join the team at**King of the Hills Gold Mine. The purpose of this role is to carry out preventative, predictive and breakdown maintenance to mechanical equipment in the Processing Plant and site infrastructure to ensure plant equipment is maintained at a high level of availability.

This role is offered on a 15/13 roster - FIFO from Perth.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Maintain overall site statutory compliance with the WH&S Act 2020, and WH&S (General) Regulations 2022, and WH&S (Mines) Regulations to any appointed statutory position/s.
- Ensure safe work systems/procedures are practised and adhered to at all times to ensure duties are performed in a manner that minimises risk to employees and contractors.
- Maintain exemplary standard of housekeeping at all times, safe work, incident/accident reporting & active involvement in safety initiatives to ensure a safe work environment.
- Ensure plant and equipment is maintained at a high level of availability
- Prioritise and complete tasks accurately and to specifications as assigned by your supervisor within required timeframes.
- Ensure that all completed work orders have relevant detailed and accurate information added to assist in the maintenance record compilation
- Lead by example and actively participate to achieve department and company goals and objectives.
- Be proactive in continuously improving maintenance strategies

**Key factors to your success include**:

- Mechanical Trade Qualification (Mechanical Fitter)
- Minimum 3+ years post trade qualification and mine site experience
- High level of experience with general fitting activities in a gold processing plant
- Excellent crusher maintenance experience, ideally with Metso crusher & conveyor systems
- Experience in maintaining SAG Mills, screens, gravity & CIP circuits
- WA Driver’s Licence - C Class
