Platform Adminstrator

**The Role**:
Are you passionate about enabling seamless digital collaboration? We’re looking for a Slack Administrator to optimise, support, and govern our Slack environment. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring effective communication across A&G by integrating Slack with other tools, supporting users, and enhancing platform capabilities.

Slack is a high-profile platform within the business, widely used across teams for communication, collaboration, and driving operational efficiency.

**Your New Team**:
You’ll join the Collaboration Platform team within Technology, working alongside experts in internal platforms like Google Workspace and LumApps. It’s a collaborative, hands-on environment where your ideas and expertise will directly impact how our teams connect, communicate, and thrive.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage Slack channels, workspaces, users, and permissions.
- Monitor platform performance and resolve issues proactively.
- Configure apps & integrations with tools like Google Workspace, Jira, and Confluence, Etc.
- Deliver user support, training, and troubleshooting.
- Automate workflows using Slack APIs and tools.
- Generate reports and insights to drive engagement and improve user experience.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation on platform standards.
- Liaise with vendors and evaluate feature enhancements.
- Grow your skillset across other platforms like LumApps and Google Suite.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- 2+ years’ hands-on Slack administration experience.
- Slack Certified Administrator qualification preferred.
- Strong understanding of Slack APIs, automation, and integrations.
- Familiarity with SSO, SCIM, and Slack security features.
- Administration experience within Slack Enterprise Grid s a bonus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Prior IT support or customer service experience is a bonus.
- Familiarity with script development for analyses
