We are looking for **Experienced Care Workers** who are passionate about providing quality care to our customers, and we currently have opportunities for Casual and Part Time positions.
The role of a Care Worker with BCD Community Care Inc is to engage with our customers so they may live as independently as possible. Each service we provide may include a combination of domestic assistance, personal care, social support and community access.

You are a passionate and dedicated individual who is looking to make a difference in the community. You are warm, friendly and respectful and pride yourself on customer service, while ensuring customers achieve their goals.
You have:
- The ability to follow procedures and ensure the customer's personal preferences are adhered to
- Excellent communication skills and can maintain professional boundaries with customers and their families
- Time management skills ensuring you can work within designated timeframes
- Adaptability for unexpected changes due to customer and rostering requirements
- An open and enthusiastic manner with a commitment to working with people living with disabilities
- A demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and individually
- Availability to work days, nights and weekends
**Essential Requirements and Qualifications**
- Minimum Cert III in Disability, Cert III in Aged Care, Cert III Individual Support
- Minimum 12 months experience within this sector
- Your own fully comprehensively insured reliable vehicle
- A valid NSW Driver's Licence (P's accepted)
- An NDIS Worker Screen Number
- A current Working With Children Check for Employment
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current CPR Certificate
- Medicare Immunisation Certificate showing Covid Vaccinations
- Certificate for NDIS Worker Orientation Module and NDIS Supporting Effective Communication Module
- Must be authorised to work in Australia
