**Digital Strategy**:
- Build an APAC digital strategy that aligns to and delivers on pipeline and product-led growth targets within the region;
- Optimize the performance of our APAC web properties with a focus on building our brand, engaging and educating our audiences, creating community, and generating demand
- Work with cross functional teams to implement the strategic digital roadmap for APAC
- Collaborate with the paid digital team to develop and build localized campaigns for APAC optimized across a variety of personas, audiences & messages.
**Paid Media**:
- Collaborate with centralized paid media team on multi-channel campaign strategy, project prioritization, and performance outcomes across Paid Social, SEM, and Display
- Prioritize objectives, communicate long-range and short term delivery timelines, and demonstrate ownership around execution and deadlines
- Support initiatives around improved targeting & localization of paid digital channels in APAC
- Manage and/or assist end-to-end paid campaign operations including campaign builds, QA, optimization, and budget pacing
- Think creatively, and bring recommendations on testing opportunities, and audience targeting for APAC market
- Work closely with our creative and content teams to drive production of compelling, localized content and ads to promote across channels
- Setup tests, as well as report on results and learnings
- Manage and maintain url parameter hygiene, and tracking
- Assist performance reporting process and provide insights based on the data
- Help to maintain operational documentation as needed
**Web Strategy**:
- Define a localization strategy for web to support in-language web pages and/or properties for our priority APAC markets.
- Work closely with our SEO team to establish a localized search engine optimization (SEO) strategy that boosts organic search across priority APAC markets.
- Partner with our web optimization team to identify experiments and optimization initiatives that improve our web performance in priority APAC markets.
- Report on APAC-specific web performance and metrics.
**WHAT YOU WILL BRING**:
- 5+ years of relevant, proven experience of digital marketing experience targeting the APAC market
- Strong understanding of digital channels, including, lead flow, marketing operations, pipeline management and metrics and leveraging data-driven digital marketing technologies in demand.
- Ability to work cross-functionally to execute successful multi-channel digital campaigns.
- Familiarity with marketing technical products to technical personas comprised of practitioners, operators and decision makers.
- Experience identifying and managing digital marketing agencies
- Working knowledge of web strategy and localization of web properties for regional markets
- Experience managing KPIs around hybrid funnels serving traditional B2B demand as well as product-led growth funnels (trials, signups, consumption-based demand, etc.)
- Experience designing a digital strategy with an APAC audience in mind, including supporting localized country-specific needs, testing, content & reporting.
- Excellent communication skills across business, technical and creative teams
- Analytical mindset
- Ability to flex to shifting priorities
- Understanding of GDPR and other data privacy regulations as it relates to digital
- Passion for web and demand generation trends, always seeking out innovative solutions
- Experience with Google Ads Platform, LinkedIn, Twitter/Facebook/Instagram, 6Sense, content syndication & data enrichment vendors
- Experience with Salesforce & Marketo or similar
- Experience with analytics tools including Google Analytics & Tableau
- Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.
- Fluency in Korean or Japanese
