**Residential Building Supervisor**
Job Summary

From architecturally designed residences to luxurious homes, from multi-residential projects to investment developments, we strive to deliver the same equality on all our projects.

**Key responsibilities of this challenging and rewarding role include: -**
- A commitment to building quality homes on time and to budget
- Co-ordinate and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers
- Responding to client queries within required timeframes
- Organise the inspection of completed work to ensure that it meets the required Australian and companystandards

The person we seek is a bright, energetic self-starter with the ability to work under mínimal supervision. You must be able to respond quickly and professionally to new and changing situations. You will also have demonstrated skills in taking the initiative, prioritising and multi-tasking in a fast-moving environment.

**Along with being reliable, loyal and trustworthy, it is essential that you have the following attributes: -**
- A high level of attention to detail with a passion for producing high-quality homes
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills
- The ability to remain calm under pressure
- Have excellent organisational and time management skills
- A high level of motivation and ability to think outside of the square
- The ability to work autonomously and in a team

Whilst preferred, supervisory experience and 3-5 years of background within the building industry is not essential. Construction trade qualifications (or equivalent) are viewed favourably.

**Salary**: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
