Our Abri Residential Aged Care facility based in Southport has an opportunity for a Kitchen Hand to join the hospitality team on a permanent part time basis.

You will have the opportunity to be part of a team who provide amazing meals for our residents making their dining experience a quality one. Anglicare Southern Queensland believes our Residential facilities should reflect a home like environment for our residents and this is expressed through the quality and presentation of the healthy nourishing meals that we provide.

**About You**
- Working alongside the Cook and other Kitchen assistants
- Assisting with meal preparation and service
- Keeping the kitchen clean and tidy and ensuring Food Safety Guidelines are adhered to
- Be committed to supporting the elderly and comfortable working within professional boundaries and guidelines
- Current National Police Check
- no older than six months
- Certificate II in Hospitality (Kitchen Operations) or relevant (desirable)
- Full Covid 19 Vaccination evidence
- Available to work a shifting roster including working on weekends and public holidays as required.
