**Job Description**:
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on APAC Field & Partner marketer to join our fast-growing APAC business. Reporting to the regional Senior Marketing Manager, you will partner with the regional sales, channel and business development teams to develop and run impactful lead generation and engagement programs that also support our brand differentiation in market. You will also be the main marketing point of contact for partner related marketing activities in the region.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and drive end-to-end and integrated regional marketing programs to meet marketing-sourced pipeline goals
- Create, drive and monitor joint marketing plans with selected partners in the region
- Monitor and report against field marketing KPIs, engaging with marketing, partners and sales teams on lead status/quality and velocity through the funnel
- Support in the management of the regional marketing budget and take accountability for the ROI on owned campaigns
- Influence and guide regional business development representatives to focus call-out and follow-up activity on regional program activity
- Align with the regional Sales and partner teams and work effectively with key sales managers and key partners to successfully execute on integrated marketing activities
- Ensure good alignment with other marketing and partner functions to enable optimum localization and lead generation in region/theater
- Execute multi-touch and integrated marketing programs, leveraging the amplification provided by digital and social channels

**Qualifications**:

- At least 5 years in a marketing role and at least 2 in field or partner marketing
- Experience of business partnering with Sales stakeholders and across Marketing Functions
- Field and channel marketing strategy and budget management
- Copywriting skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Lead scoring and lead funnel stages with an eye to velocity through the pipeline
- Salesforce - intermediate knowledge
- Marketo or similar - entry/intermediate knowledge
- Ideally some understanding of marketing analytics
- Microsoft Office - advanced knowledge
