**About us**:
BKI is seeking an experienced **School Based Education Support Teacher **to join our Health and Community Centre of Excellence (HACCOE) team at Broadmeadows Campus to teach and inspire the next generation

You will be working in ultra-modern facilities, equipped w ith simulation labs to train School Based Education Support Workers. Our staff bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to educate and help our students grow.

**About The Role**:
**We are excited about you because you have**:

- Certificate IV in School Based Education Support (or equivalent) or higher
- Currently studying (enrolled and actively working towards completing TAE within 6 months) **OR **have a completed Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40110) including Design & Develop Assessment tools (TAEASS502 or TAEASS502A or TAEASS502B) and address Adult language, literacy and Numeracy (LLN) skills (TAELLN411 or TAELLN401A)
- Current Industry experience in School Based Education Support (ESM, LSO, PSO)

Relevant vocational qualification and/or competencies at least to the level to be delivered and assessed

**Experience and Knowledge:
- Possess a high-level specialist knowledge, skills and competencies especially regarding School Based Education Support
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel etc
- Understands cultural sensitivity and respects and values difference
- Can identify language, literacy and numeracy issues
- Can adapt communication style to suit audience and context
- Ability to build constructive relationships with stakeholders
- Understands the concepts and practices underpinning digital and blended learning and applies as a supplement to the learning program
- Ability to use digital learning for administrative functions, to communicate, collaborate and for presentations

Provision (and maintenance) of current driver's license where relevant
