**About us**:
BKI is seeking an incredible **Teacher - Pathology Collection **to join our Health and Community Centre of Excellence (HACCOE) team at Broadmeadows Campus to **teach **prospective nurses and inspire the next generation

You will be working in ultra-modern facilities, equipped with simulated labs and specialist equipment to train future healthcare professionals. Our staff bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to educate and help our students grow.

**About The Role**:

Teachers deliver high quality vocational education, training and competency-based assessment in specified program(s) in a range of settings including classrooms, workplaces and online environments.

**We are excited about you because you have**:
**Qualifications**:

- TAE40116 Cert IV in Training and Assessment or currently studying (enrolled and actively working towards completing TAE by the end of January 2025)
- Cert III in Pathology Collection
- Minimum of 3 years industry experienceRelevant vocational qualification and/or competencies at least to the level to be delivered and assessed

**Experience and Knowledge**:

- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel etc
- Has an understanding of cultural sensitivity and respects and values difference
- Is able to identify language, literacy and numeracy issues
- Can adapt communication style to suit audience and context
- Ability to build constructive relationships with stakeholders
- Has an understanding of the concepts and practices underpinning digital and blended learning and applies as a supplement to the learning program
- Ability to use digital learning for administrative functions, to communicate, collaborate and for presentationsProvision (and maintenance) of current driver's license where relevant
