Sushi, Sashimi and Oysters, Ootoro Ichiba strives to deliver quality and tasty sushi with a reasonable price, as well as freshly live shucked oysters straight from the Pacific Ocean.

Main roles and responsibilities include:

- Daily sushi making operations
- Shucking oysters
- preparation of ingredients, cutting sashimi and raw fish slices
- cleaning of the kitchen area and maintaining hygienic conditions
- assisting other team members and displaying teamwork
- practicing basic food hygiene skills
- organising of stocks and receiving deliveries.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $25.65 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 38 per week
