we are currently seeking passionate, enthusiastic candidates to join our kitchen / sushi maker team positions, join together with an exciting team, working together to achieve a common goal.
Main roles and responsibilities include:
Daily sushi making operations
Shucking oysters
preparation of ingredients, cutting sashimi and raw fish slices
cleaning of the kitchen area and maintaining hygienic conditions
assisting other team members and displaying teamwork
practicing basic food hygiene skills
organising of stocks and receiving deliveries.
salaries and employment conditions can be discussed upon candidate experience, prior experiences in a similar industry field is preferred however not required, if you are open and passionate to learn, as well as working together as a team, please apply within:
