Care Worker needed around Eastern suburb with primary duties and responsibilities in providing physical care and support to the patient. Daily duties can be multi-tasking.

**About the Role**:

- Able to work 15-20 hours /week
- Assisting the patient with bathing, grooming, and getting dressed
- Handling household tasks including grocery shopping and laundry
- Preparing and serving meals at appropriate time
- Administering oral and topical medication under the supervision of medical personnel.
- Able to collaborate with other health care and social care professionals to provide the best possible care.
- Making recommendations to family members and healthcare personnel on the plan of care

**Requirement**:

- Assistant in Nursing (AIN) / Support worker Certificate
- Own transport required
- Must be able to undergo a NDIS, Police Clearance and WWCC.

- Be empathetic person and willing to provide mental and emotional support
- Organising suitable recreational activities for the patient
- Show professionalism at work
- Show compassionate and respectful lifting the values
- Flexible and prepared to help meet the changing needs
