We are Australia’s most trusted home care professionals, with a national network of qualified and friendly care providers who offer home health care, education and support to aged care participants.

We currently have multiple positions available for Support Workers who are passionate about providing high quality care to our aged care clients across the North West suburbs of Sydney, including Ryde, Epping, The Hills district and Hornsby area.

Hourly rate: $27.35-$35.49/hr, based on experience and qualification.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Domestic assistance: assist with domestic cleaning, meal preparation, laundry etc
- Social support: assist with transportation for appointments, shopping and outings
- Personal care: assist with showering, toileting, transferring, incontinence care, feeding and assist with mobility and physical exercise etc.
- Medication prompting and supervision
- Companionship and dementia care
- Sleep over shifts and 24 hour care, as required

**Selection criteria**:

- Certificate III in Aged Care / Certificate IV in Home and Community Care or equivalent, or working towards it
- Current driver’s license, good driving record, own vehicle and full insurance (essential)
- Current First Aid Certificate, or working towards it
- Police Check conducted within the last 3 months
- Multilingual capabilities preferred
