$74,788.00 per annum plus superannuation

**About the role**:
The City of Sydney is recruiting for a Cadet Planner for its strategic planning team.

The City believes that young people are the bridge to the future. Our entry-level position in the strategic planning team provides young people with the opportunity to gain valuable organisational experience while preparing them for their career in planning. It provides valuable work experience and it supports bringing in talent from a younger generation that enriches our workplace and creates a more diverse and agile workforce.

The City is seeking an enthusiastic individual to assist in providing planning advice and offer input into Council's strategic planning projects to support the overall objectives of the Strategic Planning and Urban Design Unit.

To be successful you will have recently completed, or in the final stages of, a degree in Urban Planning or related discipline.

This role has the option of a rostered day off each month, known as a 19-day month.

The recommended applicant must complete a pre-employment health declaration and a criminal history check.
