**About your role**:
**What your days will look like**:
You’ll keep everyone on track with regular updates to project managers, team members, and clients, while managing risks and creating contingency plans when needed. You’ll take charge of meetings—scheduling, prepping agendas, and capturing all the key details to keep documentation spot on. Plus, you’ll assist with budget tracking, expense management, and financial reporting. By working closely with the team, you’ll ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to top quality, all while providing essential admin support to the project managers.
