**The Centre**
anzuk Education are currently working with an excellent, homely service in the Barton area. The educators focus on creating an interest led and stimulating environment. The owner provides regular professional development for the educators and believes in always keeping up to date with the ever-changing industry. They work together to create a fantastic environment for all.
**The Opportunity**
This is a great opportunity to be a real part of a high quality service who believes their staff are their best asset. The Centre is staffed well above ratio, this means plenty of time for off floor programming, reduced working hours and a reduced workload. In this role you will work alongside another experienced Room Leader and work together on all aspects of planning. The service pays well above award and also offers staff a 9 day fortnight.
**Who you'll be**
As the ideal Educator, you will present with a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS. You'll have experience working in the childcare industry and have excellent communication skills, be a team player and be passionate about providing education and care of the highest standard to children. The successful educator will be rewarded with an excellent working environment, continual support from management, as well as career progression opportunities.
**_The ideal educator for this position will hold._**
- Cert III or Diploma in Children's Services or working towards
- WWVP
- Current first aid, asthma, and anaphylaxis preferred
